What is IGNIS USA?
IGNIS USA, formerly known as Austin CARITAS, is a 5-day mission retreat founded by a group of Catholic university students called by Christ and the Blessed Mother to be the missionaries of our times. They felt a calling to help their own community through an inner-city mission right here in Austin.
Together we can achieve more!
Our Mission
Our mission is to to create a community where college students have an encounter with the Lord, through serving others. Through talks, adoration, mass and of course, service we want to set hearts on fire for the Lord. We partner with over 20 non-profit community service organizations in the Austin area to serve them both physically, and spiritually, bringing the blessed mother with us wherever we go.
